I am trying to load software for a digital camera and it
keeps asking me to put in my Windows 98 second edition CD
because it can not find ksclockf.ax - I can't find my disk
anywhere and was wondering if it is something I can
download from Microsoft. Any ideas? My system uses
windows 98 (2nd edition, i guess).

Thanks!

Ben,
Thanks for the link. I downloaded it to windows, but am
not sure I am putting it in the correct spot. I have
rebooted and the error message still comes up. I even use
the browse to find it and it says the path is not right.
I know I must be doing something wrong! Thanks for any
help!

Try moving it to the Windows\System folder.

Without your Win 98 disk you may be in a little trouble
with this. Check the C:\Windows\Options\Cabs folder. If
you have the cab files: Driver11.cab, Driver12.cab,
Driver14.cab, Driver15.cab, Driver17.cab and Driver20.cab
copy them over to the C:\Windows\System\Precopy folder
and restart your machine. If you cannot find these files
you will need to get a Windows 98 disk unless someone
else here has a better idea. Mike.
